Cancellation/No-Show Policy
Clients who call to reschedule/cancel less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Clients who do not show up to their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
Payment must be made before we can re-book the appointment.

Arrive to your appointment on time and make-up free
Do not wear contact lenses during or after the appointment (for at least 2 hours)
If you have allergies or sensitive skin, we recommend that you schedule an appointment for a patch test a few days before your scheduled lash appointment
